Courses

The institution offers the following Short-Term and Long-term Courses. The medium of instruction is English.

1. Three Months Introductory Course on Vedanta, Sanskrit and Meditation

The course will include about 270 hours of Vedanta, 50 hours of guided meditation and 90 hours of Sanskrit and 80 hours of Chanting.

Texts for the Course:

Vedanta Texts: Tattvabodha, Atmabodha, Kathopanishad, Bhagavadgita

Sanskrit Text: Sanskrit Reader 1 and 2 R S Vadyar and Sons

Eligibility: The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and should be able to understand and write English.

2. Six-Month Course on Vedanta and Sanskrit

The course will include about 500 hours of Vedanta sessions, 100 hours of Guided Meditation, 180 hours of Sanskrit and 180 hours of Chanting.

Texts for the Course:

Vedanta Texts: Vedantasara, Vivekachudamani, Mundaka Upanishad and Srimad Bhagavadgita.

Sanskrit Text: Sanskrit Manual by Antoine.

Eligibility: The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and should be able to understand and write English.

3. Two-Year Course in Vedanta and Sanskrit

The course will include 1000 hours of Vedanta, 200 hours of Meditation, 500 hours of Sanskrit and 300 hours of Chanting. The course will consist of 6 semesters.

Texts: Panchadashi of Vidyaranya, Major Upanishads with Shankara Bhashya, Srimad Bhagavadgita with Shankara Bhashya, Laghu Siddhanta Kaumudi.

Eligibility: The candidate should have completed any one of the above two courses.

4. Online Course on Yoga and Vedanta and Sanskrit

We conduct online courses on the following Texts:

1. Srimad Bhagavadgita
2. Yogasutras of Patanjali
3. Any other Yoga, Vedanta or related text.
4. Sanskrit courses for beginners and intermediate students.
